New York marathon - supporter Billy Mead completed the New York Marathon in 4 hours 33 minutes and raised over £2,000.

 

Formula One icon Eddie Jordan and Michelin Star chef Marco Pierre White hosted a private party at Frankie’s Italian Bar and Grill in London that helped towards raising £500,000 towards a new Amber centre. The exclusive dinner was attended by a host of celebrity guests and friends that included Linda Millen and Ross Kemp and 3 Amberteers were invited to talk about Amber. To round off the evening Eddie’s band, The Robbers, entertained guests with a fabulous live gig that included guest appearances from Barry McGuigan and Damon Hill, Mike Rutherford, Roger Taylor and Nick Mason, making the whole evening an unforgettable night of compassion, generosity and music genius.

British 10K Race - well done to Ali Drew, Katie Fairfax-Ross and Billy Mead for completing the British 10K Race in such excellent times and raising nearly £1,000 for Amber between them.
